Richard was knowledgeable and interesting took time to answer any questions. Throughout course. Course content was great, learned a lot more about first aid techniques.

I really enjoyed the first aid course, Richard was a great instructor with a lot of knowledge. He was able to answer all questions that I asked along the way and I am leaving the course feeling confident that I can help in a first aid situation. This course has inspired me to look into parts of my company where I can use these life saving skills.
