What a fab 3 day course, Richard made me feel relaxed confident & had aa good laugh, been a brilliant experience

I like the way Richard teaching way give you info in a way you can remember

He was able to answer all questions that I asked along the way and I am leaving the course feeling confident that I can help in a first aid situation. This course has inspired me to look into parts of my company where I can use these life saving skills.
