Great course - this is my 3rd time with Alba. I would love a more extensive course. I think we should have a general detailed first aid course irrespective if its workplace or not.
Found Richard made it easy to get into it by making it an interactive experience. Learned a lot and feel that I would know what to do in an emergency
Richard was very competent, also very knowledgeable. Made everyone feel at ease, if he didn't know the answer he found out for us! Great instructor!
