Richard was fantastic, make the course really interesting and added some fun to it. He was very thorough in explaining the techniques and making sure everyone felt confident in being able to be a first aider. I would highly recommend this course as it is essential for everyday scenarios where first aid is required.
Great course - this is my 3rd time with Alba. I would love a more extensive course. I think we should have a general detailed first aid course irrespective if its workplace or not.
