He was very thorough in explaining the techniques and making sure everyone felt confident in being able to be a first aider. I would highly recommend this course as it is essential for everyday scenarios where first aid is required.
Great course - this is my 3rd time with Alba. I would love a more extensive course. I think we should have a general detailed first aid course irrespective if its workplace or not.
