Richard gave real life examples of course material that he was teaching. He was also sensitive to topics that may have direct impacted on people attending the course and handled them in a professional manner.

Really really enjoyed the course learned a lot instructor knows his stuff as we did ask lots of question lunch was supplied and good plenty T and Coffee only thing was location as we had to travel but well worth travelling too for this course
