Richard was very engaging and helpful. Full of knowledge and expertise. Very animated personality which helps when only discussing and talking through subjects. Location was far from work place. But iverall easy to find and locate. And room size was adequate for course size of class. Thank you Richard

Stefan was very informative and engaging when going over all the topics. It never felt like we were just getting talked at and everything was up for discussion. Having never had any knowledge of first aid before, Stefan ensured I gained the knowledge I needed and also didn’t just assumed I knew what things meant. Overall a very good and informative course and I would recommend.

Excellent course, well delivered with lots of real life examples of scenarios when you’re likely to use my newly learned skills. Stefan was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject and very thorough in the practical skills teaching. This is by far the best FAW course I’ve attended.
