Richard was a great instructor. He made the course really interesting and interactive. He has a great knowledge of the subject which has given me the confidence to make myself available during real life situations.

Found Richard made it easy to get into it by making it an interactive experience. Learned a lot and feel that I would know what to do in an emergency

Very knowledgable and great way of putting things into perspective for real life events/situations. A lot of information to take in over three days but good we have the book to take away with us for practise etc
