The course had just gone onto an online assessment after the physical part of our course - we had to do this on our mobile phones. It would be good it we had been told beforehand and given the chance to sign on beforehand, as that would save time + ensure we all knew we needed to bring a charged smartphone. A small booklet for revising the essential info should be given to take away so that learners can refresh knowledge periodically. I forget things almost immediately after learning them! Otherwise a good course though, good content despite having to adapt a lot because of Covid.

I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was absolutely brilliant at delivering it and for the first time while doing first aid I felt at ease that if an emergency did occur I would know what to do. The trainer answered all of the questions and queries I had and didn't make me feel silly for asking them.

Excellent training. The trainer was very knowledgable and put everyone at their ease.
