I thoroughly enjoyed the practical First Aid Course. Yvonne, the Trainer was very down to earth and made me feel very welcome, as well as being very knowledgeable. I also found the course to be very informative.

The course covered the agenda and practices we were there to learn very well and I feel the trainer had a good style of training, knew the topics well, gave time for practice and ample opportunities for questions.

I thought the online training part was much better to learn before attending the practical part of learning First Aid. Both parts were very informative in there own way.

The course had just gone onto an online assessment after the physical part of our course - we had to do this on our mobile phones. It would be good it we had been told beforehand and given the chance to sign on beforehand, as that would save time + ensure we all knew we needed to bring a charged smartphone. A small booklet for revising the essential info should be given to take away so that learners can refresh knowledge periodically. I forget things almost immediately after learning them! Otherwise a good course though, good content despite having to adapt a lot because of Covid.
