Excellent presentation, very informative and well presented.

It was really interesting to hear good advise on mental health in the work place. As someone who works alone a lot of the time it was important to hear that there are ways to help yourself stay mentally well and in good health.

Tamsen was excellent and came across very well she was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. The content was very enlightening and thought provoking .
