I found that the trainer was brilliant, well paced and gave time for input and kept it informal. There were plenty of times we broke out into groups where I felt it gave individuals the opportunity to provide their own experiences. The course itself was very good, it allowed me to take away lots of information which I feel I can use in my own day to day work with myself and my team.

Excellent - useful even for those already have management and leadership experience, or who have completed leadership training in the past.
