Simon was excellent. Thank you. I found the course informative and enjoyable - however I do not think that after such a short course I would be the best Mental Health First Aider, but as this is a 'discoverer' course maybe there are more courses I could attend.

The course was very informative and well delivered, especially given the personal insights provided by Simon and many of the participants on what is a sensitive and often stereo-typed subject. The balance between course material, individual experiences being shared and the opportunity for group chat contributions worked well. Overall, this is often an over looked but really important area where we need to break down mis-conceptions and be open minded to listen to people in a supportive way (in both my professional and personal life the relevance is also high, so a real positive the company is investing in this type of training/coaching). Thanks again to Simon for an excellent session, both content and delivery !

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, however without it coming across as criticism (which it certainly isnt) i would have preferred it to be split into two as it was alot for the first time but glad i didnt miss out on it Simon made you feel very relaxed and because of his personal experiences made it all the more real. Thankyou

Really engaging, trainer especially good, held attention of all and really seemed to know the subject matter and was willing to share his own experiences. I'm generally sceptical of training like this but this one really broke the mould.

I really enjoyed the course. Showed that poor mental health should not be stigmatised. That being a good listener can help someone experiencing problems and that it's not a bad thing to have to ask for help when you need it.
