Ross delivered the most seamless and well organised virtual training i have experienced during COVID - no questions! Enably system was a treat and Ross really brought the training to life. 5 Stars across the board.

Ross was really personable and instantly made me feel at ease. Excellent content and delivered very well. Slides were excellent, as were the emailed resources. SHOUT in particular is one that I was not aware of and could be really useful for the children/young people in our care. Ross abbot was great

The trainer moved the course along quickly and at times I felt it slightly rushed. I appreciate there was a lot to cover in the time available but a slightly slower pace would have been better
