I found Ross to perfect presenter for this talk on mental health. Very likeable right from the start, engaging, made us all feel comfortable and part of the session. I really liked the slides showing the calm waters/stormy waters, I thought this was a really good visual analogy of stress. I also liked all the references to music as I think this helped with finding the balance between keeping things light whilst not forgetting the importance of the matter being discussed.
Found the course really helpful and informative. - Ross delivered the training very well.
Had an experienced, professional and knowledgeable trainer who added just enough humour while still keeping the course serious. Adapted well for social distancing/Covid-19 precautions.
Ross was really great! He provided some great insights for us and has a fab sense of humour too!
Very enjoyable course, interactive and informative
Ross was a great trainer, very knowledgeable and engaging. He gave us lots to think about and how we can help our fellow work mates should they come to us or show signs that there mental health is being affected. I like that he invited us to give our opinions but didn't force us to join in if we didn't want to.
Very useful and interesting especially at the moment.
As a MHFA it was really good to have a bit refresher, and learn of a few more places to signpost and research further. Thanks Ross!
Very useful and practical, Ross is an excellent presenter and encouraged a lot of involvement from us, which made it a very relevant and constructive session.
