David the tutor was lovely, the only problem was two late starters, so we were sat there as the instructions asked us to be on line half an hour before we had to wait for two ladies till 9.30 so we had therefore been sat for an hour, David was very patient though think i'd have started without them. The course itself was very informative, although personally i prefer a classroom situation and not over zoom.
Very well presented and was a good refresher on manual handling
