a few IT clitches but otherwise ok

Not so good start due to it issues

Course would be better as face to face as no practical during zoom Basic level manual handling, possible enhancement required for working principles associated with particular working practices. IE: pulling cable etc. Interested to see if there is a further course beyond the basic principles

The only issue was the reliance on the WiFi. Unfortunately the videos didn't play correctly and as I said to the trainer I was unable to hear him for the majority of the course and this affected me answers in the assessment

i feel the course and trainer was fine, but enably seem to be a poor program to use and didnt work well.
