Danny was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us on the course. The venue was not entirely suitable for the outdoor work.

Good recap of general first aid requirements plus good examples of scenarios in the forest and implementing the first aid knowledge we have. Wooded area not entirely suitable for outdoor work but we improvised

It was concerning that there was no handsoap, no toilet roll and the postcode took me to the golf club. Great course, very informative. Danny was really friendly and helpful. It would have been more helpful if the information email included resources needed to bring along on the day, such as waterproofs.
