The course content is primarily based in the outdoors and recreates emergency scenarios to test your knowledge of responding to an incident where help is not immediately available. This course meets the requirements of OFSTED for practitioners of Forest Schools.
The course is designed for Forest School leaders and practitioners.

If your employer requires you to have a specific Paediatric First Aid Certificate we can run a standard 12-hour Paediatric First Aid course and add a further 4 hours of content covering outdoor injury and illness. This makes the course 16 hours in total and covers the requirements of most Forest School Practitioners. Please specify if you need this option when sending us a booking enquiry.
