Cold, dirty, no loo rolls. An outside forest Sch would have been better and probably warmer. Great instructions so sad about venue.Response : Thank you for providing this valuable feedback. I have spoken with the venue supplier to draw their urgent attention to this matter so that they ensure the venue is clean and warm moving forward. I apologise for any disappointment this may have caused but pleased you enjoyed the course.

Venue was awful. Considering the cost of the course. No heating, no toilet roll and dirty hand towels. Danny had to bring in a heater for the Sunday and thankfully provided a toilet roll. There’s no woodland so the forest school element doesn’t come across as well either. Open field isn’t realistic to our experiences. It would also be helpful to spread the course over two Saturdays instead of both Saturday and Sunday due to working a full working week before and after the course. Midweek doesn’t work so is helpful you offer this as a solution. Danny was good though and have no complaints regarding him.Response : Thank you for providing this valuable feedback. Course content fantastic, instructor was brilliant, venue needed a more woodland surroundings for real setting of a forest school and the building was freezing , Instructor did bring an extra radiator on 2nd day .Response : Thank you for providing this valuable feedback. Danny was extremely professional, friendly and approachable. He presented the course contents in a manner that was clear, concise and easily retainable with additional humour where appropriate. I didn’t feel at all intimidated as I have in previous First Aid courses which made it easy for me to confirm my understanding and raise any queries I had.

Very very good course would definitely go again very informative but felt relaxed learnt lots over the 2 days but maybe would of been better in some forest the scenarios but apart from that amazing thank you Danny

Location could be better as in it could be an actual forest to train in but it was still good.
