The course was great, so informative and brilliantly executed. Tara our trainer was very engaging and great fun, which really helped to keep everyone interested and we certainly learnt a lot. Many on the course said they they felt they had learnt and retained more information this time, than on any other course they had previously done. Highly recommend!
Andy was excellent. There was a lack of confirmation of booking and it would have been helpful to know in advance things to bring along eg mats for knees
