Enjoyed the course. Very informative and came away knowing new skills that I can put to good use in my job.

I thought Brendan was a brilliant instructor and gave me complete confidence in first aid response.

Andy was a great trainer and he was great at working inclusively with our disabled staff members. He offered excellent suggestions for treating people with learning disabilities. I feel confident that the team gained the skills they needed and enjoyed the day. Andy offered a safe space where we were encouraged to ask questions or take some time if we needed.

Andy did an excellent job and kept everyone really engaged throughout the day. It would have been great to have spent longer on the dance specific injuries as this is what we will most likely encounter when delivering our community class programme. However I understand the course would normally be an hour longer than what we had scheduled… not sure why our day was scheduled to finish an hour earlier than it should so perhaps a breakdown in communication somewhere. Overall though, everyone came out feeling much more confident and informed on first aid. Thank you to Andy for doing a great job.
