Interesting and well explained
Fabulous course - kept us involved and alert at all times. Humour added to interest and memory. Lots of handy mnemonics to help retain information. Perfect balance of activities and procedures. Excellent job Brendon!
Really enjoyable, learnt a lot and didn't feel awkward like the first aid courses i've done in the past.
Instructor very informative and knowledgeable on subject matter. Enjoyed course and method of delivery which kept interesting.

This course had a good balance between theory and practical activities. In the past, with other providers this has not been always been the case.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course, the aspects that stood out to me where: 1. The practical nature of the course. Practicing each area trained under challenging circumstances. 2. Interaction and question and answer times. 3. I came away not just with the theory but confidence that I can do what is required.
The course was enjoyable and active. Brendan was very knowledgeable and tailored his session to fit various scenarios which we could face in our job roles and everyday lives.
Great course and trainer. Lots of fun, practical learning. Scenario work was a great way to learn and test my knowledge.
