I thought that the training from Brendan was excellent, very engaging and fun to learn from. My only complains where that the wrong address was given to myself and 3 other attendees for our first day, we did not receive any prior information email, I would suggest maybe attaching read receipts to these emails and calling those who do not receive as this caused much disruption on the first day. secondly the venue did not have adequate parking at all, there was 5 of us including the instructor and we struggled both days to find any parking spaces, however other business's using the venue had reserved allocated spaces this may be something the course looks to do when using Merrist Wood College in future?
Course was enjoyable and interactive, Content was good. Eddie was a great tutor and kept the energy going throughout. Really patient and great answers to questions. The small group was great. (3 pax) Lack of takeaway course material. Needs a workbook or digital pdf, it’s a lot to take in and you can’t listen when you’re writing notes.

Brendan was a really great instructor, informative and answered any and all questions. He also made us feel very relaxed, and while the course itself is serious, he made sure we had a laugh. The building and facilities were great, new and very clean and efficient. Lesley was helpful and understanding when I was a little late! I feel like I’ve learned a lot, and feel a lot more confident to be able to deal with any problems that would arise.
