This course had a good balance between theory and practical activities. In the past, with other providers this has not been always been the case.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, the aspects that stood out to me where: 1. The practical nature of the course. Practicing each area trained under challenging circumstances. 2. Interaction and question and answer times. 3. I came away not just with the theory but confidence that I can do what is required.

The course was enjoyable and active. Brendan was very knowledgeable and tailored his session to fit various scenarios which we could face in our job roles and everyday lives.
