Relaxed and refreshing - Paul is a great communicator who practises what he preaches

Today was really beneficial for me, it helped me focus on key areas where I would like to improve and how to deal with situations differently.

This revised course was better focused for persons who have managed people, very “happy”!

I really enjoyed the day and liked learning the theory as well as the practical application. I would recommend including a short section at the end around the legal aspects of managing poor performance using ACAS' guides - as I felt the other delegates were keen to learn about this.
