Very pleased with it. Anything more would have been too much information to land at one time. I think we should hope to be able to take away 1 or 2 key messages from a training day such as this and that’s exactly what I took.

I really enjoyed the day and liked learning the theory as well as the practical application. I would recommend including a short section at the end around the legal aspects of managing poor performance using ACAS' guides - as I felt the other delegates were keen to learn about this.

Was a very productive days training and lots of different things to take away and consider in many different aspects of my job going forward. Things like the communicating with body language part will also affect things outside of work.
