I was hoping for some Chairing role play Otherwise great

I found the whole days' activity so much more than I'd expected. Every step of the way was so carefully mapped out, and all was fine.

Great course

Some of the activities felt like my flaws were highlighted in plain sight which made me feel less confident in my abilities to chair.
