Good course but felt we did not have enough time to discuss how to deal with difficult conversations, understanding who is and is not in the room and the role of chair to take responsibility.

I thought this was really constructive. Particularly from the perspective of someone with little experience chairing. I am walking away with more confidence in the idea of chairing moving forward and think it is a beneficial course for even those who have no interest or need to chair, for conflict resolution purposes.
