Even for people who have never thought of suicide, this is an important tool to have to help others and to overcome negativity es and adversities in life. This is also an essential training to understand how vulnerable plus human can be and what we need to do as a community to strengthen the public health of our community.

I am so glad we get to be trained as a tutor instead of self studying the materia and be expected to teach after the course alone
