The course is well structured and practical and inspired confidence. I love how the content is adapted to make sure that it is suitable for all.

As above, I found the structure of the day good once I'd had the time to prep my session(s) and see the differences. Really enjoyed the session and Alison gave a really good answer when I challenged about ideal world vs real world.
