Didn't live up to my expectation's - but far exceeded them! Built trust and value into all of the teaching (Alison & Madhuri) Used a wealth of their own experience but allowed a free flow of learner input which was vital, valuable and varied!

Suicide is a challenging topic that was addressed with compassion, sensitivity, well-researched information, and professionalism. I learned much more than I expected, and am curious to learn more. I am much better resourced to, in turn, inform and support other people, I know I have a lot more to learn but know that I will be supported by my peers and our tutors in that growth.
This is an excellent course well facilitated with great content, it provides a really good balance of gaining knowledge, skill development and practice and reflection. I would recommend that everyone undertakes Suicide First Aid training and if they want to progress into a trainer role they could not go wrong by undertaking this course.
Fantastic course, I now feel equipped and confident as a Suicide First Aider and I am looking forward to becoming an Assured and Qualified Suicide First Aid Tutor. Highly recommended!

Excellent training that really fit with my own beliefs and values whilst making me reflect on and challenge aspects of my professional practice and will lead to changes in how I practice and encourage others to change their practice around suicide and the importance of postvention.
