The trainer was excellent, I found the course very interesting and I feel there are parts of it that I can use to help me in my work. I enjoyed the variety within the course from slides to tests. I have definitely learned some ideas to try to bring back bro my workplace.

As a visual learner I tend to learn by doing. Working through the techniques in practical exercises was an excellent tool to understanding them and how to actually implement them.
