Good refresher for information you probably know but don't always put into practise and apply in your selling. Generic on some subjects and not always applicable to selling in construction industry but overall topics covered well.

Fantastic course and very engaging trainer. Was specific to what we needed however could have sat in with the role plays and provided more tailored comments on what we could have improved on. Voicemail could be improved more and expanded on.

Our course was tailored to suit our company needs and expectations, we were very lucky being the only participants. Trainer (Audrey Bodman) was very welcoming and accommodating. Willing to go in-depth to our company Profile, Resources, values and personalised techniques required to learn the new and change of techniques that we aquired. The venue was fantastic, light open spaces, lovely facilities, great food taste and selections. The Room (accommodation) was very nice and clean, All staff very polite that i engaged with - Reception, kitchen and table service.

An excellent course with an engaging trainer. The supplied paper materials were not always used and felt a bit superfluous, but overall I have learned a great deal and have not doubt that I will leave the course today a better salesperson. Thank you Gary
