Has really helped me gain confidence in using the selling skills I already had and the new ones I have learnt on this course. Gary made me feel at ease and the course flowed very well.

Fantastic course and very engaging trainer. Was specific to what we needed however could have sat in with the role plays and provided more tailored comments on what we could have improved on. Voicemail could be improved more and expanded on.
Very good content, might have been easier to tailor it to the specific sales type needed by the people on the course but as an overall very helpful course.
