Exercises were really engaging, content of the course very interesting. It would be nice though if some of the resources that are a bit out of date could be refreshed (watching a video from 1993 was fun but for reasons other than intended, I'm afraid, especially that the video was older than some of the attendees). Also, the quiz at the end was great fun, but as it requires internet access to Menti.com, it would be nice that if a course is taking place in a basement with no reception, then everyone would be provided with wifi access as guests. Otherwise it was a great fun and I am looking forward to working with David on our projects!

Trainer was very engaging and covered a lot of material over the two days. Looking forward to receiving the slides to be able to go back over and start working on our own projects

David was a fantastic facilitator - he made complex concepts easy to digest, and was excellent at keeping the energy up in the room.

I am glad I attended the course. Well structured, simple language easy to understand, all concept/ tools on the course are very much applicable to used any project related to process improvement. The trainer was very much equipped with knowledge (he very much knew what he was talking about). Very friendly and made everybody feel comfortable. It was just excellent.
