Great facilitator, content was explained really well and giving real world examples was really helpful. The games and exercises were fun and helped to keep people engaged.

I am glad I attended the course. Well structured, simple language easy to understand, all concept/ tools on the course are very much applicable to used any project related to process improvement. The trainer was very much equipped with knowledge (he very much knew what he was talking about). Very friendly and made everybody feel comfortable. It was just excellent.
