Sophie has been great - so welcoming and encouraging! I love the authentic perspective she has

Not using on online approach, so no comments. I understood course runs until 12 December and not 31 October as listed in this survey. So far I am satisfied with both the materials and teacher, I like Sophies style and approach.

Really helpful and just the right pace

Sophie is an excellent teacher with the right balance of content and interest. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and involves the whole class. Venue is perfect too.

Sophie runs a fun and informative class and makes sure everyone has the opportunity to contribute . I have no criticism of the format but would be delighted if a beginners ‘ conversation class could be run alongside this one - would be a great addition . Most conversation classes are aimed at fluent speakers and I think there is an opportunity to serve those who are more hesitant but wish to practice their new language skills .

I've really loved my lessons with Sophie. She is receptive to my learning preferences and needs, and takes a very proactive interest in my progress. She's a joy to learn with!

We have really enjoyed our lessons with Sophie. She is so flexible and always happy to teach us ‘real’ French. We are both feeling more confident now and will hopefully be able to practice some of what we have learned this Summer in France. Everyone at the Centre is so friendly and helpful. The flexibility of being able to change things when life gets in the way of French lessons is particularly helpful and much appreciated.

I am not computer literate so struggle with zoom and retrieving the online work materials

Jean-Michel has been a fantastic French teacher ! Both my written and spoken French improved immensely as a result of my lessons with him. Despite being online lessons were always engaging and thoroughly enjoyable. Many thanks Jean-Michel !
