It was informative and stimulating; the balance between break rooms and group sessions was good. I knew some of the theory, but old and new models were useful as it got me thinking of practical service design projects I have in my job.
The day was very well structured and examples gave required thinking which can be directly applied to my project
The day was productive and educative and gave me an insights on how to introduce a change in my workplace using process learned.
Workshop went well, as was a good reflection and run through of elements previously covered.
