Overall great course . Really engaging . The presenters were interested and came across well . It was a relaxing environment .
Actually really enjoyed the day and found it valuable! I understand now what I do focus on the build growth, especially as someone who is new to the role. It was also really beneficial to meet and hear from senior colleagues in the business that I wouldn’t have had an opportunity to meet otherwise

Good balance instructor led and group participation
I liked the content and the interactions a lot. I think one under-appreciated but massively significant benefit was that we were from different backgrounds (IM, FP, Greenbank and seniority levels) and all got together in a room and we had an honest exchange about what works and does not work for us for business development.
Very good and thought provoking course. I particularly enjoyed being able to learn good habits and behaviours from others in the room. Habitual activities is a concept I will take away.
