Very good and thought provoking course. I particularly enjoyed being able to learn good habits and behaviours from others in the room. Habitual activities is a concept I will take away.

Thanks for a really insightful and informative day. Would definitely recommend.

Overall very good, however, would suggest session 10-4 with lunch and one break. Could easily condense/speed up some of the slides to avoid it being an “all day session”. But on the whole very interesting training.

Great session with lots of variety. The content was delivered clearly by two experienced professionals who were able to get the most out of the group. I left with a clear plan over what to focus on to achieve my goals.
