Very good course delivered in a friendly way but we know what is expected of us going forward!
Really well structured, good interaction throughout.
Very well facilitated. They know the subject and understand the business context. Pitched at the right level. Made it fun
Great session, lots of interaction and practical discussions took place as we moved into the 2nd half.
Useful. And follow up meeting will be a useful step for accountability.
Well thought out and delivered training that I am keen to put into practice.
Actually really enjoyed the day and found it valuable! I understand now what I do focus on the build growth, especially as someone who is new to the role. It was also really beneficial to meet and hear from senior colleagues in the business that I wouldn’t have had an opportunity to meet otherwise
A good day away from the desk to spend time updating and streamlining my business plan.
I liked the content and the interactions a lot. I think one under-appreciated but massively significant benefit was that we were from different backgrounds (IM, FP, Greenbank and seniority levels) and all got together in a room and we had an honest exchange about what works and does not work for us for business development.
Useful insight into creating a business plan and how to go about it.
