Took a lot out of this session not just for myself but to educate my team

My biggest problem is I tend to talk too much when giving feedback. The SBI method will help me be more direct and succinct when giving feedback

Highly relevant and a good refresher even though I have been employing these techniques for years already.

Valuable insights to make me think about how I will solve some issues we have on my park and how coaching can help to solve those.

Felt a little rushed. We barely had enough time to think about the concept before being dropped into a room to chat with others. The last breakout session I wasn't clear on what we were supposed to be discussing

Session made me realize that I need to focus and dedicate more time to caching rather than managing

Enjoyed the course content. Biggest challenge for me would be step out my comfort zone and to implement learnings in my day

Was not expecting much but am so happy with what I have already got out of it already very happy to be chosen

A little more time to discuss in the first session, less reminders of time limits during times of data entry
