1 DAY - LEVEL 3 AWARD IN EMERGENCY FIRST AID AT WORK COURSE (RQF) + F Reviews

The course itself was well run by Bob and a very useful refresher for my requal. The course admin was very poor. I didn't receive joining instructions until the Friday before the course start on the Monday. The email to enrol was not sent until 10am on the Saturday. The course venue was incorrectly advised meaning that all attendees and the trainer turned up at the wrong venue. There was no provision of lunch and the move to the correct but remote venue meant there was no decent option for lunch. Four days after attending I am yet to receive my requal certificate

Great course and trainer. Lots of different material slides, quizes and practical. Very good
