it was so convenient to complete course with online prior to training to reduce time away from work
The course itself was well run by Bob and a very useful refresher for my requal. The course admin was very poor. I didn't receive joining instructions until the Friday before the course start on the Monday. The email to enrol was not sent until 10am on the Saturday. The course venue was incorrectly advised meaning that all attendees and the trainer turned up at the wrong venue. There was no provision of lunch and the move to the correct but remote venue meant there was no decent option for lunch. Four days after attending I am yet to receive my requal certificate
Course was good, didn't realise that three were two tests to undertake and think second test info was not fully covered in practical training session. Note venue was Jurys Inn Sheffield not Holiday Inn as drop down. Trainer was excellent
