Actually enjoyed it was funny at times when practicing. Easy knowledge to absorb not like my last class I had 2 years ago. Deb is well nice and encouraged people to call out if anything isn’t getting through to them.
Scott was really great at explaining and showing us demonstration so it was easy for me to understand, his easy laid back friendliness made me very at ease and confident in his class
Clear, concise, good balance of theory and practice. Use of short videos with info was good and the film of real life scenarios was really helpful. The discussion groups about a given scenario were also great for dealing with the theoretical realities that might occur. The Trainer was really professional and his pace of delivery was just right to get the information instilled and I was never bored. Many thanks for a really good course. It will make all the difference to my first aid abilities.
I really enjoyed the course. It was delivered in a very professional way, and it was enjoyable at the same time. I feel I learnt a lot over the 3 days and I would not hesitate to recommend the course to other people.
