In depth and thorough, lots of good scenarios. A few of the videos included information that is no longer accurate but this was well pointed out by the instructor.

Frans was patient and encouraging during the practical assessment and carried out a very engaging course that was easy to understand.

I enjoyed the course. It was informative as I initially did first aid training on children when I was 18 the last time was adult but this was several years ago, things have changed since then. I felt the pace was good and easy to understand. I enjoyed the variety of teaching as I'm severely dyslexic so different methods helped me learn. I also have fibromyalgia so I was worried if I could do the compressions but I managed. There was lots of encouragement and it was positive. If slides are available I would like them if possible.

Really enjoyed this course. Darren made it so it was very informative and interesting. Used terminology that we could understand and retain. Very practical and hands on giving us all the same chance to participate enabling our confidence and knowledge to be able to take out into the workforce or home. Definitely one of the best First Aid courses I have been on.
