I think the course was very good but could go either way depending on the tutor but billy was excellent for someone that struggles to learn in a classroom setting due to it usually being boring but billy was great and never made it feel that way and taught the course how everyone should teach it

Overall I enjoyed my time on the course, I feel more comfortable with Lean and 6 Sigma techniques. While I do feel the course could be shorter as well as this questionnaire. I was overall happy with the course
The course was very enjoyable and fun to complete billy played a big part in this as I have said before I don’t think any of us would have engaged half as much if he were to just stand and talked rather than being how he was ensuring the course was fun but also effective
