Practical demonstrations and approachable, knowledgeable trainers are the course’s most valued features. Attendees say sessions are clear, interactive and easy to follow, with theory balanced by hands-on practice, real-life scenarios and discussion. They appreciate the well-organised delivery, supportive teaching style and comprehensive, relevant content, which build understanding and confidence for care and health-and-safety roles and can be applied directly at work.
