The training was outstanding. I learned a lot about healthcare, first aid, and the key roles and responsibilities within the sector. I now feel fully confident that I can provide the best service, and I believe I have learned everything very well. One of the best parts of this training was the trainer, he is truly brilliant. He made the lessons easy to understand and very interesting.

I don't understand much English, but I was very confused because I couldn't use my cell phone even once. I attended classes without using a translator. So I concentrated very hard in class, and as a result I was able to pass the exam, which was great. However, I felt that this was a bit too strict. I don't use my phone for fun, so I would like to be allowed to use it.

Overall efficient and useful. The venue was a little tight, but still workable.
