Attendees particularly value the approachable, knowledgeable trainers, who explain construction health and safety clearly, adapt the pace to different levels and make sessions engaging without feeling like school. They describe a well-structured blend of practical and classroom learning, supported by patient guidance, useful facilities and an inclusive atmosphere. The learning helps them prepare for CSCS tests, gain qualifications and feel more ready for work. A few mention the venue is hard to reach or could be improved.
