The stars I've taken off are a result of my line manager sending me here when I didn't really need the full course. Still got some really useful stuff, which was all I expected. Instructor was good, just needed to rush a bit at the end, which lost me.
The course was very well structured and easy to follow, the trainer was also engaging which made the session much more interesting.

I really enjoyed todays session, the themes & work that we created at the end by bringing all of the skills together.
